Introduction and Tour of our School
Introduction & Virtual Tour – Redmile Church of England Primary School
Experience a warm welcome and a full visual introduction to life at Redmile Primary School. In our Welcome Tour video, you can see how our historic and modern buildings blend, get a feel for our learning spaces, and explore how children move through our day-to-day environment.
Our School Buildings: From Victorian Roots to Modern Spaces
Our original school building in Redmile dates back to 1871. As you tour with us, you will see architectural details from that era, alongside newer, purpose-built classrooms and facilities. Over the years, we've expanded thoughtfully: adding mobile units in 1999/2001, a new hall (opened 2009), and air-conditioned classrooms in 2010. Most recently, in 2019, we added a new classroom block, enhanced entryway, offices, and expanded outdoor grounds.
Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) — Inside the Classroom
Peek behind the scenes into our EYFS Classroom video, showing how learning begins in a carefully prepared environment. The video highlights how children settle into their day, explore learning corners, and how teachers guide early learning.
Outdoor Learning — EYFS Garden & Play Spaces
Our EYFS Outdoor Learning Area video invites you into our natural, engaging play spaces: opportunities to access the outdoors right from the classroom, to explore and discover. We believe that children thrive when curriculum and play blend freely.

150th Anniversary Mural — A Community Celebration
As part of our school's long history, a local artist created a striking mural to mark our 150th anniversary. In the Mural video, watch the process and see how art, heritage, and identity combine in a visual celebration of Redmile's story.
